From Trauma to Triumph: Christina's Journey of Healing and Growth.

Hello, my name is Christina, and I want to share with you my journey of healing and growth. From a young age, I faced significant challenges in life. My father’s suicide attempt and being bullied at school left me feeling lost and confused. But I refused to let these experiences define me.

I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, traveling the world, meeting wise teachers, and learning the secrets of meditation and yoga. Through my spiritual journey, I unlocked the power of personal growth and discovered my potential within.

Despite my struggles, I never lost my passion for life, my love for humanity, and my unwavering spirit. With my loving partner, three inspiring step-children, and a beautiful little soul teacher through IVF, I knew that there was more to life than just enjoying the moment. I had a deep desire to help others feel good about themselves, to vibrate at their highest possible frequency, and to unleash their dreams into reality.

That’s why I became a life coach. Drawing on my own experiences, I approach my work with love, compassion, and understanding. I empower people to overcome their past traumas, find greater meaning and purpose in their lives, and unlock their full potential.

In my journey, I also discovered a deeper connection to the spiritual world. After my father’s diving accident, he passed away too young. But before he passed, we talked about how he would come back and tell me how it is on the other side. Now, he makes his presence known by holding his hand on my left shoulder. It’s not only him that makes his presence known on my shoulder, but it’s also a sign and a reminder that I’m always connected and that I can communicate with source energy, guides, and angels whenever I want to. The guidance comes as downloads of feelings or short phrases.
