🌟 Want to access your highest self and get answers to your deepest questions? It’s possible, and here’s how! 🌟
First, find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths to calm your mind and body.
Next, set an intention to connect with your highest self. You can do this by simply saying it aloud or in your mind.
Then, ask your question and be open to receiving guidance. Trust that the answer will come to you in the way that’s best for you, whether it’s through a feeling, a thought, or a sign.
Remember, connecting with your highest self is a practice that requires patience, trust, and openness. But with time and persistence, you can tap into your inner wisdom and receive the answers you seek.

Magical is the word I use every day cuz that’s the way I look at the world, my relationships, nature, universe etc. Christmas and new years were not only magical, but I got to view it through my son’s, niece and nephew’s perspective as well and that took it to another level ⭐️

Ever heard the expression ”A good laugh is the best medicine”?
I recently learned the science behind that expression.
We can help our bodies heal and stay healthy by making new choices. Yes, you read that right.
When people begin to heal, they’re upregulating new genes and they’re downregulating genes that have to do with disease or imbalance.
How do we heal ourselves?
By changing our inner state we can prolong our life and stay healthy.
How do we change our inner state?
By daily practices of meditation, deep concentration, and quieting the mind in the midst of the action and distraction that fills our everyday life.
So, put down the phone for a minute!! Stay in the present moment so you can feel, hear, and sense what’s going on in your body and around you.
How cool is that?
How long can you stay off your phone to quiet your mind today?
Change your life by changing your internal state.

The answer is: the best way to predict your future is to CREATE it.

What thoughts do you want to fire and wire in your brain and put your attention behind in 2023? What behaviors do you want to demonstrate?

The latest research in neuroscience says that when you close your eyes and rehearse an activity mentally, your brain does not know the difference between what's going on out there and what's going on in your brain. If you're truly present, you begin to install the neurological hardware in your brain to look like you already did it.
